That is exactly why we created the 3 Birds Farm Bread Cart.

Next Saturday Aug. 1st, our self-serve bread cart will be stocked with a small selection of fresh baked goods made right here on the farm. Everything is baked in small batches using simple ingredients, long fermentation, and the kind of recipes that have been passed around kitchen tables for generations.
Depending on the week, you'll find favorites like:
Artisan sourdough loaves
Sourdough sandwich bread
Focaccia
Cinnamon rolls
Cookies
Seasonal baked treats
A few surprise specials when the garden inspires us
Because everything is made by hand, quantities will be limited. Once it's sold out, it's sold out until the next bake.
