Join Rebecca of Three Birds Farm, farmer and herbalist, for a relaxing and aromatic herbal tea blending experience at Hopewell Valley Vineyards. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own custom herbal tea blends using a variety of dried herbs, flowers, and botanicals.
Rebecca will guide you through the basics of herbal tea blending, sharing simple herbal knowledge, flavor combinations, and the traditional uses of many common herbs used in teas. You’ll discover how to combine ingredients to create blends that are both delicious and nourishing.
Each participant will receive:
• A selection of herbs and flowers to create their own custom tea blend
• Guidance on herbal flavor profiles and blending techniques
• A jar of their personalized tea blend to take home
Whether you’re new to herbal teas or looking to deepen your appreciation for natural ingredients, this class will give you the knowledge and inspiration to create beautiful blends at home.
