Our sourdough 101 class is a great gift! This gift certificate will include a class with step by step instruction on how to maintain and make sourdough bread. Each participant will go home with their own sourdough starter a loaf of bread to bake at home a recipe book of our favorite sourdough recipes and tasty sourdough treats for the whole class to enjoy. During the class, everyone will learn how to feed their starter and keep their starter alive. They will learn how to shape the bread in different sizes, the best way of baking sourdough and all of the tools that you need to make sourdough at home.
