This class we will learn how to make a loaf of sourdough, feed your starter and ask every question about sourdough you have been wanting to ask.
We will create a heart shaped sourdough and make fresh butter.
Each couple will receive:
a 7 year old starter
a sourdough loaf to take home and bake
a sourdough recipe instruction book and recipes.
and a tasting of fresh bread and sourdough treats.
Class runs from 2pm to 330 pm
Class will be held at :
Sandhills Wellness Center, Kendal Park, NJ
